I will ship out your items as soon as I get your payment, usually same or next day. If for some reason I cannot ship out your purchase to you within 2 days, I will notify you by email to let you know when I can send it to you, and you can decide to wait or to get a refund of your purchase

I will replace items that are damaged or lost in transit
Refunds and Exchanges
• To be eligible for a replacement, you must first contact me by email at donna@donnasmarketplace.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert me of the damage. Or wait 14 days from the day that it was shipped for a item lost in transit
• Please do not return ship the item back to me. Include a picture of the damaged item in the email. If a replacement is not available I will refund the full purchase price of your item.
I only replace items if they are damaged.

Upon inquiry, donnasmarketplace.com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
